Sometimes they are trying to apply complexity or participatory approaches in a real organizational setting. Sometimes an experienced practitioner simply wants another set of eyes on something that isn\u2019t working. And sometimes I stay alongside a person or team through a larger process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Now we can work together explicitly on these challenges. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The work can include reflection, challenge, process design, complexity thinking, participatory methods, reviewing plans, preparing for difficult moments, and sometimes joining the work itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The basic idea is simple: bring something real that you are working on. We\u2019ll work on the situation in front of you while developing your capacity to work with situations like it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can book a single session, a package of 3, or a six-month practice partnership for deepening learning and development or support with an ongoing piece of work. Starting at four 75-minute sessions a month<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Project and team accompaniment <br><\/strong>For people or teams who want an experienced thinking and design partner alongside a significant engagement, participatory process or systems-change initiative.
